MLA director

Rick Lancaster and his wife cottage on Lake Rosseau, south of Windermere. They spent their summers at their family cottages, as teenagers worked in Windermere and Port Carling, met on the bay and got married in Windermere. They are third generation family cottagers and their grandchildren are now the fifth generation.

Rick was the former CEO of CIBC Insurance and is now retired. He has been on many boards and spent seven years on a national non-profit board – he recently retired from that board. Rick is a CPA and also has an MBA and Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) designation.
