Debbie Korolnek is a semi-retired Professional Engineer registered in the Province of Ontario, with public and private sector experience in municipal engineering, including water and wastewater, transportation, planning, solid waste management, transit and economic development.
Debbie is currently the incoming Chair of the Board of Directors at Ontario Clean Water Agency, a provincial agency providing 4.5 million Ontarians with water and wastewater operations and maintenance services. She also works part time in municipal consulting engineering for the Ainley Group. Debbie has spent every summer of her life on Acton Island, Lake Muskoka, on land purchased by her grandfather in 1941. She is passionate about responsible development to preserve the environmental, social and economic health of Muskoka.
