The member of the MUSKOKA LAKES ASSOCIATION (the “Corporation”) electronically submitting this proxy hereby appoints Susan Eplett, President or, failing her, Ken Pearce, Vice-President or, failing him, the individual whose name the member has emailed to admin@mla.on.ca by 5:00pm on Tuesday July 16th, 2024 with a request that such individual be their proxy, as the proxy of the undersigned to attend and act at the Annual and Special Meeting of the members of the Corporation to be held on the 18th day of July, 2024, and at any adjournment or adjournments thereof, in the same manner, to the same extent and with the same power as if the undersigned were present at the said meeting or such adjournment or adjournments thereof.
