Cover 100 sq ft Full sun to part shade conditions Soil holds water for most of the year. Can have short periods of drought.  Usually close to wetland, stream or pond. Usually found in valleys and areas of lower elevation. Includes - Sedges and Grasses: blunt broom sedge, hop sedge, fringed sedge, riverbank wild rye, and switch grass. Rushes and bulrushes such as soft rush, wool grass, and dark green bulrush add to the variety. Wildflowers bring color and ecological benefits, including monkey flower, blue vervain, purple-stemmed aster, blue flag iris, wild mint, Joe Pye weed, boneset, swamp milkweed, and rough-leaved goldenrod.
