Frank is a private equity investor and fund manager, who joined the MLA Board of Directors in [June 2018]. He serves on the Government & Land Use Committee, the Environmental Committee and the Community Programs Committee. He is also a founding director of Friends of Muskoka, and an avid golfer. Frank was motivated to volunteer for the MLA to help encourage responsible development, particularly the conversion of Muskoka’s waterfront resorts, into high density residential subdivisions.

Frank’s started coming to Muskoka more than 50 years ago, both as a camper, and with his family as guests of Elgin House, one of the many grand Muskoka resorts which welcomed the traveling public.  There he learned to water-ski and sail. His parents went on to purchase a historic cottage on Lake Rosseau, where they have spent the past forty years.  Twenty years ago, he and his wife purchased their own family cottage on Lake Rosseau, where they raised their four children as the fourth generation of the family to develop a deep appreciation and love for Muskoka.
