June 8, 2020 (Bracebridge, ON) - The Port Carling Locks have reopened for the summer season with restrictions in place to protect the health and safety of staff and the community.

Legacy Cottages - LPAT hearing

The LPAT hearing for the Legacy Cottages development on Lake Rosseau is scheduled for February 27th 2020 at the District’s offices in Bracebridge.

The early autumn days may still be warm, but the temperature is dropping every night and the lake water is getting colder. If you are heading out for a late season boating adventure or looking for the fall fishing bite, are you prepared in case of accidental immersion? The coldness of the water could take your breath away.

Walkers Point Marina, Gordon Bay Marine, Glen Orchard General Store, Muskoka Station Store (Cash Donation Box), Home Hardware, Building Centre & Furniture Stores (Port Carling) Muskoka Lakes Association Office, Mortimer's Marina

What can I donate?
Kraft Dinner / Pastas, Tomato Sauce, Soups, Canned Vegetables Canned Fruits (When available), Smooth Peanut Butter (Small) Salmon & Tuna, Brown Beans, Chick Peas / Lentils, Cereals Hearty Soups / Stews, Healthy School Snacks for Kids.

High Density Waterfront Development Rejected by Gravenhurst Council.

Gravenhurst Council voted unanimously to reject a development application by Moody Bay  Developments to build 30 townhouses on a 3.3 acre site on Gull Lake, Gravenhurst.
